We’re talking meaty monkfish, mussels full of flavour, and the fish that deserve a spot on your menu as cod prices climb. Along the way, we explore the unexpected turn for Dover sole, give whitefish a seasonal send-off, and make the case for coalfish – a delicious fish with a reputation it doesn’t deserve.
